Catholic, brunch lovin' girly girl who writes paper thank you notes. I like to bake in my Avantco Catering Oven. Mostly sugar cookies, but I rock a killer snickerdoodle too. Years back I tried to do cakes, don't ask me to do a cake. It'll taste delicious but they lean too much for me to charge for them. I sometimes dabble in macarons, and truffles, and caramel.

 

I dream of 20 quart Hobart Mixers. I bake from a commercial space that I rent. It's not open to the public and I bake to order 90% of the time. Make sure you sign up for our e-mail marketing so you know when we have cookies for sale or Pop Up Events happening in the area.
